A company travel policy can allow you to clarify your company's travel procedures and ensure value for money. Matrix will work with you ensuring seamless compliance to your travel policy at all times, or even help you to write a new or revised policy.

Finally not only do we offer a wide range of services but we also offer specific service promises designed to prove that we deliver real value for money service!

These promises are commitments to you and we deliver on them every day. Included in these is our promise not to keep customers waiting - every phone, fax or e-mail enquiry is returned within the hour. Telephone calls are answered within five rings. And you will never be put on hold for longer than 60 seconds. Our airline reservations and tickets are 100% error-free, subject to our automatic 35 point Quality Assurance Check and reconfirmed with our customers by phone, fax or e-mail prior to documentation. We're committed to providing the best possible fares and value without compromising service or quality. Should there ever be any problem, we will resolve any complaint about our own service within 48 hours and any complaint about a supplier within 15 business days. In short, we offer the service you expect and deserve. As a final note we do NOT operate a call centre and we do NOT utilise voice mail services.
