Finding the right price is often half the problem. Knowing where to go and who to ask is the solution and we do know exactly where to go and who to ask! All of the major airlines have specialist group departments who work with Matrix GCI to offer the best options. It isn’t just a question of calling an airline; we also have to consider the wholesale travel market – fares only available to the travel trade – and our own private fares.
We work with every major hotel chain on every continent so you may rest assured that we will offer you both options and excellent prices. Our membership of the Worldwide Independent Network (WIN) of travel agents enables us to find real value for money hotels – of any specified grade. Once we have sorted flights and hotels the transfers between the airport and the hotel can also be arranged so a smooth, integrated movement takes place. Often using private luxury coaches, we feel sure that having made the flight the last thing you want is a problem at the airport (not with our meet ’n’ greet service) or with the transfer to the hotel.
As with the development of our groups business the conference side of our work has been based on organic growth where we have helped our customers produce a well managed event.

Our service depends totally on the needs of the customer. If a simple meeting room is all that is required then we are able to help. This help would include finding the right venue, making arrangements for table and chair layouts, presentation systems, tea/coffee breaks and meal requirements.
